Finance staff and the manager provided a status update on funds collected from development agreements and other sources for the village hall and community center. The municipality reported approximately $29.5 million currently received; with the Continuum $1.5M payment due within 90 days (per the development agreement), the tally would rise meaningfully. Additional proposed payments and previously prepaid items were discussed and may push total available funds into the mid-$30 millions range.
