The city attorney presented two ordinances on first reading and the council agreed to move both items to second reading. The first ordinance would rezone property at 3392 Chamblee Dunwoody Road (parcel ID 1829804027) from Village Commercial (VC) to Industrial Transitional (IT) to amend the official zoning map.
