Public works staff described the staffing burden of the town's monthly chipping schedule — citing an updated estimate of 48–64 staff hours per month (about 768 hours per year) — and said the town's chipper is undersized for current volumes. Staff proposed dividing the town into two service areas, each served every other month, and noted that enforcing existing limits would be part of any change.
