Mecklenburg County announced that it has renamed its Environmental Services Building at the Louisa facility on Suttle Avenue for Rusty Razzell, a longtime county water quality official. An agency official said, "Mecklenburg County has renamed its Environmental Services Building in honor of Rusty Razzell, a dedicated public servant who worked to preserve our waterways."
