Owner asks for help replacing 60‑inch driveway culvert; county to run hydraulic study

County engineer Jaden Shekel brought a culvert complaint to the board regarding a driveway at 8802 267th Street; property owner Adam attended and described the tube as a larger than typical driveway pipe that is deteriorating. Shekel said the culvert sits outside the right‑of‑way and county entrance policy states driveway drainage structures are the landowner’s responsibility, but he also described the unusual scale of the pipe and the drainage area involved.
