Planning staff noted the applicant secured a 12-foot parking setback variance earlier in March to align new parking with an existing shared arrangement along Avon Commerce Parkway. City Engineer Ryan Cummins asked the commission to make final approval contingent on addressing a few minor outstanding engineering comments. The commission approved the Final Development Plan with that contingency (motion by Commissioner Radcliffe; second by Mayor Jensen).
