A committee member said the well project ('New Country Lane Well Number 3') was originally supposed to be finished by September and that the committee had given the contractor a buffer until November. The member said the contractor ('Don') had not provided required GANs and added, "We've been waiting 3 years," asking for a firm status update and for Don to respond to the committee's requests.
