Karen Lindley, the human resources director, recommended updates to the county salary resolution effective 07/10/2026, citing salary compaction after a negotiated increase for the prosecutors association. She recommended a five-range (about 5%) salary adjustment for specified unrepresented management attorney positions and an extra 20 hours of management vacation for the affected attorney roles. Lindley said the estimated fiscal impact for the remainder of the fiscal year is $87,475 and that costs will be absorbed within the respective budget units.
