Negotiators agreed the MOU should require the district to deliver a dedicated report after the September 15 cutoff that identifies every instructional employee, their assigned band and whether they qualify for the CTSI-related compensation. Meeting participant (S2) asked whether the report would include codes and years of experience; Agency official (S1) said the existing monthly report will be adapted into a dedicated view that includes band labels and disqualification reasons.
