Courthouse Maintenance Supervisor Chad Klindworth told the board that Prime Builders had submitted a March 2025 bid of $2,800 to resurface the courthouse’s concrete stairs and secure the railing. Attempts to obtain replacement bids failed because contractors declined to bid, citing the stairs’ tie-in with the courthouse brickwork. Prime Builders confirmed its original bid remained valid and the board approved the resurfacing (motion by Mark Gail; second by Chad Metz).
