The Village of Denton Board of Trustees passed Resolution 24-9-1 (Levy Authority) during its Sept. 19 meeting following motions to exceed the budget limit and increase the tax request. Trustee John Juricek moved to pass the resolution; Trustee Trent Wheatley seconded and the minutes record the motion carried unanimously.
