Trustees demand public dashboard, monthly vacancy data after late closure decision

Trustee Hunter emphasized the need for contingency planning if the Texas Education Agency declines to accept the modification, saying the district must be clear with families about potential outcomes. Trustees agreed to work with administration to codify scorecard constraints and to return with proposals for a public-facing monitoring tool at upcoming meetings.
