Council members presented an EdWorks recognition to the town’s wastewater treatment plant project and thanked the staff who managed it. The town manager noted the award and said, "This says, congratulations, town of Rangely wastewater treatment plant — Joel is proud to play a part as through this Energy and Minerals Impact Assistance Fund," and the council took photos of project staff.
