Mayor Finkham provided a construction update for Carmel, saying several projects are underway and thanking staff and contractors for progress. "Monday the 3rd starts Rangeline Road," she said, warning attendees that the northbound side between Executive Drive and City Center will be closed and suggesting alternate routes such as 3rd Avenue Southwest or Keystone for drivers.
