Committee notes show active progress on several mural projects. The library mural program has all but two artists started and at least primed, with several sketching; committee members Amanda Zehr and Heather Pursley measured available wall spaces and recorded a numeric note in the minutes as '200 at the start - 600 on completion' (the minutes do not clarify the units of that notation).
