At the start of the April 13 meeting, Council Member Jeanne Hines asked the committee to approve minutes from the January 1 and March 9, 2026 Economic Development & Planning Committee meetings. Council Member Mike Reese moved to approve the minutes and Council Member Angela May seconded the motion. All council members present voted in favor and the minutes were approved.
