Connor (speaker 12) presented a request to approve a budget amendment to cover two items: a one-time implementation cost for the 'Catalyst' land-nav/software solution in the treasurer’s office and an unbudgeted Microsoft-licensing increase. He said implementation costs were not included in the 2025 budget and that annual SaaS fees for Catalyst will begin in 2026 under a five-year contract. "The implementation costs are due this year," Connor said, and the committee discussed funding sources.
