During the public comment period a resident raised concerns that current and planned watershed drainage projects upstream in Stevens County will increase and accelerate water flow into Twelve Mile Creek in Traverse County. Commissioners discussed the comment at length and instructed County Coordinator Lisa Zahl to draft a letter to Bois de Sioux Watershed and the Stevens County Commissioners outlining Traverse County’s concerns.
