Landfill advisory committee asks staff to draft code edits for accepted materials

During staff reports, Supervisor Benjamin Morris relayed that the Landfill Advisory Committee directed county staff to work on editing the county code section that defines materials accepted at the landfill. The action is at the staff and committee level; the board was informed and staff was directed to continue work and bring proposed edits forward for future board consideration.
