ISD 361 board approves payroll, accounts payable and multiple hires

At the Sept. 15 meeting the Independent School District No. 361 Board approved payroll totaling $249,677.37 for the pay periods of Aug. 22 and Sept. 5, 2025, and current accounts payable due of $461,974.25 as part of the consent agenda. The consent motion was moved by Dale Johnson and seconded by Tina Sather; the minutes record Tina Sather abstained on the consent agenda for a family hire while other members were recorded in favor.
The consent agenda included approval of multiple personnel actions: hiring Linnea Imhof as Assistant to the Superintendent/Grant Writer (start date 10/1/2025); Katlyn Deegan as KAPE Coordinator (start date 9/25/2025); several paraprofessional hires with start dates in August and September; assistant coaching appointments for the girls hockey and baseball teams; and approval of the 2025–2026 FHS Student Handbook. The minutes list each hire and start date but do not include individual employment terms or salaries.
