Council members heard that the IASC Community Education catalog was distributed the week of Jan. 20 to multiple regional communities and that class listings are available online at getlearning.org. Meeting notes state: "My hope is to eventually move to online payments, using this platform." The summer online catalog was announced to go live April 6.
Staff also described a platform migration for class and facilities scheduling: Arux is scheduled to begin April 1, Arbiter will be retired by June 1, and athletics scheduling will transition to Bound; training sessions were held in February and staff member Frank Bartsch is trained on Bound. The council discussed how the platform changes will affect registration and payments going forward.
