Board approves FY2026 severance commitment and preliminary seniority lists

The board approved the Fiscal Year 2026 committed severance line (B01-418-000) in the amount of $158,814.65. The motion, made by Ron Saxton and seconded by Jeremy Nelson, passed without opposition.
In the same meeting the board also approved the preliminary 2025–2026 seniority lists for district staff and AFSCME classifications. These lists (included in the meeting packet and appended to the minutes) will inform seniority-based staffing and layoff procedures if needed.
