Council considered Ordinance OPC2602, a proposal to overrule the planning commission's recommendation and approve a final development plan for Hunter's Path, a project by DDC Management LLC on parcel M60032070023 at the northwest corner of Westbrook and Union Roads. Council first voted to declare the ordinance an emergency and then took up final approval.
