The Town of Maynard convened its first public forum on the Housing Production Plan update to review local housing needs, schedule outreach and gather resident input. Sarah McCoy, an associate at Community Scale, opened the presentation by explaining the purpose of an HPP and the steps the town will take this year toward a November Select Board briefing and a December state submission.
