District staff and program leads reviewed an initial schematic diagram from architects showing anchor program areas and large multiuse spaces designed for flexible community use. Presenters said the schematic is an early draft intended to show how anchor programs and flexible spaces could fit in the building; "it's nowhere near 100% filled," a programmer told the board while urging community input.
