Board hires executive search services and approves transition plan for superintendent process

Separately, the board approved a Superintendent Transition Plan with Brainerd Public Schools to govern the transition process. The plan was approved by unanimous roll call and the board authorized Superintendent Chip Rankin to execute related agreements where noted in the minutes.
