The board adopted a Resolution of Acknowledgement to accept contributions for the benefit of the district under Minnesota Statute 123B.02. Chair Gordee moved to approve the resolution, Member Morgan seconded, and the roll-call vote recorded Gordee, Johnson, Morgan, Praska and Sjodin in favor; Member Hillstrom abstained. The resolution was declared adopted.
