District leaders and consultants presented a detailed, phased redevelopment plan for the Learning & Training Center that would relocate and expand academy programming into a single, flexible facility. Presenters described four phases (ECC already complete; Phase 2 medical academy; Phase 3 culinary/commercial kitchen and flex spaces; Phase 4 business academy) and noted grant opportunities including a CTE matching grant the district has applied for. The design team emphasized movable walls and adaptive learning spaces intended to support cross-disciplinary projects and competitions.
