On April 6 and April 13 the Whitman County Board recessed into multiple executive sessions to discuss union negotiations, potential or current litigation and employee evaluations. The minutes record a union‑negotiations session beginning at 10:30 a.m., a later litigation session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), and several employee evaluation sessions under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g). Attendance lists included Kelli Campbell, Dan LeBeau, Jessica Jensema, Melisse Stiglich and other staff depending on the session.
