Rockford board directs administration to recommend program and position reductions

The resolution instructs administration to return specific recommendations to the board for possible discontinuance of programs, curtailment of programs, and discontinuance or curtailment of positions, and to identify which teachers' contracts may be terminated or which teachers may be placed on unrequested leave without pay or fringe benefits as part of those recommendations. The motion and roll call are recorded in the minutes as the formal action taken at the meeting.
