The board reviewed a project management report from Wenaha/Scott Rogers earlier in the packet and was reminded that the SAJ selection would be finalized under New Business. The minutes indicate the board delegated authority to the superintendent to negotiate contractual terms; the minutes do not include the contract value or scope details, which will be determined during negotiations.
