"So the schools are using it, to support positive behavior in the building. It's a really excellent program," the staff member said, emphasizing that the system can break incidents down by time of day and location — for example, "12:00 on the playground" or the lunchroom — and then let teams drill down to individual students and classes.
The presenter said teams use the data to decide whether a whole-school intervention is needed or whether smaller supports — such as a social‑skills group or tailored classroom strategies — are more appropriate. The program also supports ongoing teacher professional development, with staff using trend data during the school year and into the fall to guide training.
District staff noted they are reviewing the cost of additional features to support tier‑2 interventions but said the core system is already "highly utilized in the buildings."
