The Reynolds School Board approved a procurement exemption to use a Construction Manager/General Contractor method to install a new cooling tower at Reynolds High School. Patty Carrera moved the motion; Cayle Tern seconded, and the motion passed with a recorded tally of Yea: 6, Nay: 0.
