Following a closed session that began at 9:16 p.m. and concluded at 10:26 p.m., the Spurger ISD Board of Trustees returned to open session and voted unanimously to approve the superintendent’s contract as modified. Brent Marcum moved to approve the contract modification; Derrick Gray seconded and the motion passed without recorded opposition.
