STAMFORD ISD recognizes elementary and middle school readers
The board recognized Oliver Elementary second graders for meeting a principal's reading goal and middle school students for topping Accelerated Reader points in each grade.

At the opening of the Feb. 9 meeting, the STAMFORD ISD board recognized students for reading achievements. The minutes state, "Second grade students from Oliver Elementary were recognized for already meeting their Principal's goal for reading. Middle School students were recognized for having the top five Accelerated Reading points for each grade."
