Trustee Brandon Ireton moved to approve the Administrative Procedures Manual and Trustee Mrs. Jana Cook seconded; the motion passed on a 5–0 roll call with two absent trustees. The Business Office Procedures Manual was approved on a separate motion by Trustee Tiffany Carson, seconded by Kelly Allred, and likewise passed by recorded vote.
