Board approves routine personnel items after executive session
Following a closed executive session, the SBISD Board unanimously approved routine personnel items recommended by staff; the motion passed 7–0 on Dec. 15, 2025.

President Shannon Mahan recessed the board into executive session at 7:40 p.m. under Texas Open Meetings Act provisions for personnel and other matters. After reconvening in open session at 9:18 p.m., Vice President Caroline H. Bennett moved and Secretary Walker Agnew Jr. seconded approval of routine personnel items as recommended; the motion passed by a 7–0 vote.
