The Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees approved a contract amendment to lease the district's old administration building to DPS for 60 months at $1,000 per month. "I move to approve the contract amendment with DPS effective for a period of 60 months from December 10, 2025 through December 9, 2030 in the amount of $1,000 a month," Trustee Rick Sowell said when he moved the measure; Trustee Sammy Ruiz seconded the motion.
