CRW reported Block Street sewer manholes with as little as two feet of cover and frequent blockages caused by a wetland alignment and manhole instability; the firm recommended a realignment/extension that would involve pile‑supported work across the wetland. For Inlet Street CRW said a private service issue is suspected and recommended locating a cleanout before deciding on main replacement.
