The board voted to order an election on Saturday, May 2, 2026, covering trustee places #3, #4 and #5. Trustee Thomas Salazar moved the resolution to order the election and to appoint judges, election day clerks, early voting clerk assistants and the early voting ballot board as recommended; Trustee Darrell Pullin seconded and the motion passed 6‑0 with one absence.
