Three Rivers ISD certifies instructional materials and CIPA compliance for 2026–27
The board unanimously certified that instructional materials cover TEKS requirements under Texas Education Code 28.002 and affirmed protections under the Children's Internet Protection Act for 2026–2027.

Trustee Rick Sowell moved to certify that Three Rivers ISD has instructional materials covering the essential knowledge and skills required by Texas Education Code 28.002 and that the district protects against access to obscene or harmful content in compliance with CIPA. The motion was seconded by Sammy Ruiz and passed 7–0.
