The Agency official presented developing and implementing a districtwide attendance plan as a high priority goal, saying, "The 2nd 1, development and implement a plan, to increase district wide attendance." Staff reported a two‑day retreat in June that focused on attendance data and said Whitney, an attendance specialist at the ESD, will work with the leadership team in August to develop concrete interventions.
