The Seaside SD 10 board opened and then closed a public hearing on March 18 concerning the construction manager/general contractor (CMGC) procurement method for the district's 2025 summer capital projects and accepted the finding-of-facts document that supports use of the CMGC approach. Chair (speaker 1) read the rules for the hearing, limiting public comment to the finding-of-facts and setting a 30-minute maximum for the CMGC public comment period.
