Board appoints Erasto Sedda to fill vacant Position 7

The motion, made by Kris Howatt and seconded by Heather Coleman-Cox, carried 6-0. "Move to appoint Erasto Sedda to board Position 7, At-Large, until June 30, 2027 pending their acceptance of the board appointment," the motion record states.
Chair Blake Petersen then administered the Oath of Office to Erasto Sedda, and Director Sedda took his seat with the board following the oath. The appointment follows a screening of 12 applicants and interviews with four finalists as described in the agenda packet.
