Director of Construction Scott Walker asked the Waller ISD Board of Trustees to approve a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment One with Stewart Builders, LLC for construction of Warren Ranch High School and to authorize the superintendent or his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute the amendment. Trustee Brittany Neel moved approval; Vice President Jeff Flukinger seconded. The motion carried 6-0-0.
