District officials reported emergent bilingual learners rose from 2,874 (2022–2023) to 3,225 (2024–2025). The Board approved the Bilingual/ESL Program Evaluation and affirmed program offerings including a Transitional Bilingual Early‑Exit Program and ESL Pull‑Out services.
