At the Aug. 4 meeting the Valley View ISD board approved two related items from the Cooke County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service: (1) recognition of the 4‑H program as an extracurricular activity eligible under Texas Administrative Code provisions for student attendance accounting, and (2) adjunct‑faculty appointments for three County Extension staff so they may supervise students for off‑campus 4‑H activities.
