Trustees approved the district's Student Code of Conduct Aug. 4; the motion carried unanimously and the code will take effect per district procedures.

The Valley View ISD Board of Trustees approved the Student Code of Conduct at the Aug. 4 meeting after Superintendent C. James Womack presented the document. Trustee Kristen Tarrant moved to approve the code as presented; Trustee Cathey Ritchey seconded and the board recorded a 6-0 vote in favor.
