The Sulphur Springs ISD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 to approve an engagement letter with auditing firm Rutherford, Taylor & Company, P.C. for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026. Kati Adair moved to approve the engagement letter and Darla Reed seconded the motion.
