The board approved a ten-year licensing purchase for school security equipment to serve two elementary campuses — Sulphur Springs Elementary (ES #1) and Rowena Johnson Elementary (ES #2) — from Verkada and CNC Pro AV in the amount of $539,224.00, to be expended from 2024 Bond Funds. Board member Kati Adair moved to approve the purchase and Vice President Leesa Toliver seconded; the motion carried 7-0.
